The information provided by Emergency Plumber SF ("we," "us," or "our") on this website is for general informational purposes only. By using this website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Disclaimer.
All content on this website is provided in good faith and for general information about plumbing, drains, sewer lines, water heaters, leaks, and related topics. It is not intended as professional advice for your specific situation. Every property and plumbing problem is different, and the information here is not a substitute for an on-site inspection and diagnosis by a qualified, licensed plumber.
Reading this website or contacting us does not create a professional, contractual, or service relationship until we have agreed to provide services to you. Information on this site should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions about your property or its plumbing system.
Descriptions of plumbing work on this website are provided so you can understand our services, not as do-it-yourself instructions. Plumbing systems can involve pressurized water lines, gas connections, electrical components, wastewater, and scalding hazards. Attempting repairs beyond basic steps such as closing a shutoff valve can cause injury or property damage and may violate local codes. When in doubt, shut off the water if it is safe to do so and call a licensed professional.
This website is not intended for emergency response. If you are facing a situation that threatens safety, such as flooding near electrical hazards, a suspected gas leak, structural damage, or sewage exposure, contact the appropriate emergency services or your utility provider immediately. If you smell gas, leave the property first. Do not rely on website content during an emergency.
Any cost ranges, averages, or pricing examples shown on this website are typical figures provided for general orientation only. They are not quotes, estimates, or offers, and actual pricing depends on factors such as access, timing, pipe material, severity, code requirements, and cleanup needs. Pricing for your job is confirmed with you before any work begins.
While we work hard to provide quality plumbing services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. The results of any repair, clearing, or installation depend on many factors, including the age and condition of the plumbing system, the materials involved, how long a problem existed before service, and site conditions. Any examples or descriptions on this site do not guarantee that your situation will have the same result.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the website or its content. Any reliance you place on this information is strictly at your own risk.
This website may contain links to external websites that are not provided or maintained by us. We do not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or completeness of any information on these external websites, and we are not responsible for their content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emergency Plumber SF will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the information provided on this website. This includes any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
